Methodology: Leaderboard

The Global Leaderboard tracks all registered fans across Kerala. It is updated immediately after the official outcome of a match is registered in the PredictChey system by administrators.

• Players must have a fully completed profile to appear on the global leaderboard.
• Points are cumulative over the course of the entire 2026 World Cup.
• The top 3 global players at the end of the tournament are eligible for the Grand Prize.

To foster local rivalry, PredictChey categorizes players into the 14 districts of Kerala based on their onboarding selection.

• A player's district cannot be changed once selected during onboarding.
• You only compete against fans in your own district on the District Leaderboard.
• The "Most Predicted District" stat is determined by the raw volume of predictions submitted from a specific district, not the accuracy of those predictions.

Daily Winners are selected by the PredictChey administrative team. This is a discretionary reward system designed to highlight highly active or highly accurate fans on a rolling basis.

Selection criteria may include: A perfect score prediction on a major match, high engagement on a given day, or a randomly selected user who successfully participated.
