Methodology: Tie-Breakers

The official protocol for resolving point-ties on the leaderboard.

The Resolution Protocol

In the event that two or more players have the exact same total score on either the Global or District leaderboard, the following tie-breaker protocol is executed in order:

Step 1: Perfect Score Count

The player with the highest number of "Perfect Score" predictions (10 points) takes the higher rank.

Step 2: Bonus Point Dominance

If still tied, the player who has earned the most points specifically from Bonus Questions (First Goal Scorer, MOTM) takes the higher rank.

Step 3: Total Predictions Made

If still tied, the player who has submitted the highest volume of total predictions throughout the tournament takes the higher rank (rewarding consistency).

Step 4: Chronological Priority

If all above criteria are identical, the player who created their PredictChey account earliest takes the higher rank.

Admin Discretion: For daily winners or spontaneous prizes, if a tie exists, the administrative team reserves the right to select multiple winners or use a randomized lottery system.
